Management in business and organizations is the function that coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization or initiative to accomplish a goal. Resourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation of human resources, financial resources, technological resources, and natural resources.

Since organizations can be viewed as systems, management can also be defined as human action, including design, to facilitate the production of useful outcomes from a system. This view opens the opportunity to 'manage' oneself, a prerequisite to attempting to manage others.

Universities offer bachelor's and advanced degrees in management, generally within their colleges of business. At the doctoral level students specialize in areas of management, such as human resources, international management, organizational behavior, or strategic management.

Management defined as the organization and coordination of the activities of an enterprise in accordance with certain policies and in achievement of clearly defined objectives

Management involves the manipulation of the human capital of an enterprise to contribute to the success of the enterprise. This implies effective communication: an enterprise environment (as opposed to a physical or mechanical mechanism), implies human motivation and implies some sort of successful progress or system outcome. As such, management is not the manipulation of a mechanism (machine or automated program), not the herding of animals, and can occur in both a legal as well as illegal enterprise or environment. Based on this, management must have humans, communication, and a positive enterprise endeavor. Plans, measurements, motivational psychological tools, goals, and economic measures (profit, etc.) may or may not be necessary components for there to be management. At first, one views management functionally, such as measuring quantity, adjusting plans, meeting goals. This applies even in situations where planning does not take place. From this perspective, Henri Fayol (1841–1925)^[3] considers management to consist of six functions:

1. Forecasting
2. Planning
3. Organizing
4. Commanding
5. Coordinating
6. Controlling

Management operates through various functions, often classified as planning, organizing, staffing, leading/directing, controlling/monitoring and motivation.

• Planning: Deciding what needs to happen in the future (today, next week, next month, next year, over the next five years, etc.) and generating plans for action.
• Organizing: (Implementation)pattern of relationships among workers, making optimum use of the resources required to enable the successful carrying out of plans.
• Staffing: Job analysis, recruitment and hiring for appropriate jobs.
• Leading/directing: Determining what must be done in a situation and getting people to do it.
• Controlling/monitoring: Checking progress against plans.
• Motivation: Motivation is also a kind of basic function of management, because without motivation, employees cannot work effectively. If motivation does not take place in an organization, then employees may not contribute to the other functions (which are usually set by top-level management).
• Communicating: is giving, receiving, or exchange information.
• Creating: ability to produce original Idea,thought through the use of imagination

hiiii hari ini ada acara di sman 7 Kota Tangerang. ini acara puncak dari serangkain acara ulang tahun SMAN 7 TANGERANG. wooo seru deh pensi kali ini yaaa lumayan lah udah gitu ada reuni akbar gitu lucu deh ngeliat2 alumni udah pada bawa suaminya bawa anaknya hahaha 

dan yang lebiiih seru nya itu suasana nya mendung jadi yaa ga terlalu panas kaya waktu pensi yang kemaren. hari ini mantan guru - guru yang pernah ngajar di SMAN 7 pada dateng terus mantan kepala sekolah jugapada daeng seru deh,  

ngeliat foto2 guru jaman dulu hahah jadul2 upps maaf ya bu maaf ya pak tapi emang lucu yang tadinya kurus jadi gendut yang tadinya kriting jadi lurus hahah tapi yang pasti sekarang guru2 udah pada cantik - cantik banget apalagi bu antik guru biologi sama bu vivin guru sosiologi modiiiis banget semoga nanti kaya mereka deh kalo udah gede hehe Aamiin

hiiii welcome my month !
sekarang tanggal 1 looooh hehe seneng deh udah bulan april aja
tapi deg - degan juga sih soalnya bentar lagi Ujian Nasional hmm
ohya sekarang ulang tahun SMAN 7 Tangerang loooh seru deh tadi acaranya
tapi lebih seru pas sama pak arif soalnya waktu itu dia bagi-bagi duit ke anak muridnya
ga tanggung - tanggung dia ngasih 50.000 - 100.000 keren yaaah tapi harus jawab pertanyaan dulu
ulang tahun SMAN 7 kali ini beda looh
soalnya ada serangkaian kegiatan gitu deh
yang pertama gerak jalan terus donor darah abis itu pensi dan acara puncak nya reuni akbar gitu hehe
ya begitulah acara nya
dulu tahun kemaren pernah dirayain nya tanggal 2 april
tepat sama ulangtahun saya
hehehe seneng deh dirayain sama satu sekolah, di nyanyiin sama satu sekolah, ohya ! disuapin kue sama guru daaaaaaan diucapin ulangtahun sama artis ! Eriska Rein! kenal kaaaan ?
mihihihi ulang tahun yang ke 17 yaaaaaaang ga bisa dilupain ! terus dikasih kejutan sama sahabat tercinta muahehehe
luar biasa deh ulang tahun kemaren hehe

Harga Rokok di dunia

berikut adalah daftar harga satu bungkus rokok di dunia :

1. Malaysia
     di Malaysia harga satu bungkus rokok di jual dengan harga 10 ringgit atau sekitar Rp.30.000,-
dan di Malaysia juga pemerintah memberikan peraturan perdagangan untuk menjual rokok. apabila masih terlihat di bawah 17 tahun maka tidak boleh menjual rokok kepada orang tersebut
2. New York
    di new york harga satu bungkus rokok adala 11 U$ dollar amerika atau sekitar Rp.110.000,-
karena harga rokok yang mahal maka banyak orang yang memikirkan kembali untuk membeli rokok dan dengan cara itu pemerintah berhasil menyelamatkan 1500 kematian pertahunnya.
3. Jepang
   di Jepang harga satu bungkus rokok ialah 900 yen wow ga kebayangkan harga yang menakjubkan untuk sebuah bungkus rokok.
oa, kabarnya pada tahun 2008 pemerintah jepang mengeluarkan kartu TASPO yaitu kartu izin merokok. Unik ya tapi memang cara yang ampuh untuk membuat jera para perokok.
4. Singapore
   di negara Singapore sebungkus rokok dijual dengan harga US$ 7.27 atau sekitar Rp.69.000,-
5. Thailand
   di negara yang terkenal dengan gajahnya ini harga sebungkus rokok di jual dengan harga US$ 1.79 atau setara dengan Rp. 16.000,-
6. Indonesia
    di negara kita termasuk negara yang sangat murah untuk harga sebungkus rokok yaitu Rp.9000,- bayangkan saja di negara lain rokok dijual secara terbatas dan mahal dan dengan cara seperti itu mereka tidak mau membeli nya sedangkan di Indonesia harga rokok yang sangat murah da dapat di beli secara batangang membuat para konsumen bertambah seharusnya pemerintah mengikuti cara negara lain untuk menjual rokok. Mungkin Indonesia tidak akan pernah siap dengan cara seperti itu karena anggota DPR dan MPR nya saja masih merokok bagaimana rakyat nya ? hahah
